Cute but broke on day two

It’s adorable but the snap broke and the airtag fell out on the second day I had it on my keychain.

Hi Elizabeth, thank you so much for your feedback. Again, I’m truly sorry about your experience. While we’ve connected via email since this review was made, I wanted to follow up here as well.

For anyone reading, this design has gone through extensive testing and is made with quality materials, but occasional defects can happen. In this case, Elizabeth received a piece with a faulty snap that unfortunately broke early on.

After learning about the situation, I sent a replacement right away. If anyone ever experiences something similar, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to make it right!
