How do I wash or care for my product?

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Please review our shipping policies here.

I filled out the wrong info on my order. Can you fix it?

As long as the package hasn’t shipped we can change the shipping address or ship to name. Contact us as soon as you can to get that fixed! For any problems with email, order quantities, billing address, or payment methods we are unable to make any changes.

If an order is lost in transit or delivered elsewhere because of an incorrect shipping address, replacement is not guaranteed.

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my order arrived damaged?

 If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping and you live in the US, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please email us at hello@lindystark.com with a photo of the item you received and any damage clearly shown. Unfortunately, we cannot cover replacements for items damaged after delivery or international orders.

How can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?

 Do you offer custom blankets?

Yes, you can work with Lindy to design something that’s just for you or someone you love. Spots for these are limited and typically book several months in advance. Let’s chat to see if this option is right for you!
